We collect this information to determine where customers drop out of our website, so that we can improve the user experience for current and future customers.

From our API
When you enter search text in our APIs, we log the query text, IP address, referring page URL (if present) and any parameters to monitor and improve the performance of the service. We use the detected IP address to prioritise API results near your approximate current location, and if you choose to share your current GPS coordinates we'll use them to prioritise API results with greater accuracy.
Contact form
On our contact form, we collect your name and email so that we can respond to your query. We will store the provided information in our CRM, and only use it to contact you about your specific query.
When you use the contact form, your IP address will be associated with your query and we will be able to identify you.
When you create an account
On our registration form, we collect your email address, which we use to contact you about your account.
