From our website
When you visit https://www.swiftcomplete.com, we collect the IP address of the device that you are using. This data is anonymous and we cannot identify you at this point. We collect this information to determine where customers drop out of our website, so that we can improve the user experience for current and future customers.
From our API
When you enter search text in our APIs, we log the query text, IP address, referring page URL (if present) and any parameters to monitor and improve the performance of the service. We use the detected IP address to prioritise API results near your approximate current location, and if you choose to share your current GPS coordinates we'll use them to prioritise API results with greater accuracy.
Contact form
On our contact form, we collect your name and email so that we can respond to your query. You may optionally provide your phone number and company name, to help us better deal with your query. We will store the provided information in our CRM, and only use it to contact you about your specific query.
When you use the contact form, your IP address will be associated with your query and we will be able to identify you.
At conferences or events
Swiftcomplete receives a list of attendees who consent to their information being shared, for example by having their conference badge scanned at our stand. You may also choose to leave a business card with a member of our team. We collate this information, enter it into our CRM system and use it to contact you about our relevant services.
When you create an account
On our registration form, we collect your email address, which we use to contact you about your account.
When you subscribe to a service
Once you've created an account, you can subscribe to one of our services. In order to do this, we need to collect:
Swiftcomplete uses third party software, which will have access to personal information as follows:
Stripe
Stripe provides Swiftcomplete with payment processing, and securely stores your payment information and billing details. We never have access to, store or process any credit card or payment details - this is all handled through Stripe.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics provides Swiftcomplete with website and data analysis. Google Analyics has access to your anonymous IP address, which it uses to measure the pages that you visit so that we can improve our site.
Hotjar
Hotjar provides Swiftcomplete with website recording and feedback tools, which we use to identify and eliminate usability issues with our website. Hotjar has access to your anonymous IP address, and also records mouse clicks, movements and pages that you visit. Hotjar doesn't record sensitive information such as keystrokes, and we don't link customer accounts to Hotjar sessions (although it would be technically possible if you signed in to an account).
Drift
Drift provides Swiftcomplete with live chat, which we use to handle enquiries and support cases in a similar way to our contact form. Drift has access to your anonymous IP address, and additionally your email address (if you choose to provide it), and any text that you type into the tool. When we receive a message from you via Drift, we will add it to our CRM system and associate it with you, if you have an account with us.
If you consent to receive marketing messages from Swiftcomplete, each message will contain an unsubscribe link, which you can use at any point to stop receiving optional marketing messages.
If you unsubscribe from marketing messages, you will still receive important messages, such as invoices and receipts, if you have an account with us.
We never sell or provide your personal information to third party companies for any reason, unless required to by law.
If you have provided your personal information for marketing purposes only (e.g. to subscribe to a mailing list), we will retain your information until you unsubscribe from communications.
If you have created an account, we will retain your personal information for as long as you have a working relationship with us. If you no longer have a working relationship with us, we will retain relevant information as required by law for 6 years, to comply with HMRC auditing policy.
If you have a request under GDPR, you can send it to datacompliance@swiftcomplete.com, or by post to:
